Spring in Barcelona is a magical time, and on one beautiful May morning, I had the pleasure of meeting Carolina and her two lovely daughters, Astrid and Liv, for a photoshoot in the stunning Montjuïc Park. As we wandered through the park’s winding paths and discovered its hidden corners, I couldn’t help but marvel at the bond between these three beautiful women.

Carolina, originally from Argentina, has made Barcelona her home for many years until she moved to Madrid. She’s a single mother, a yoga teacher, and a health coach certified in Health & Wellness by the NCCA. With training in Dietotherapy, Energy Nutrition, Orthomolecular Nutrition from UCAM, Nutrigenomics and Nutrigenetics from the Nutrigenomics Institute in Madrid, Carolina’s dedication to learning and helping others is inspiring.When she’s not teaching or caring for her daughters, she also models for various brands and agencies. As a lifestyle photographer, I love capturing mothers and their children in natural, unscripted moments. I don’t believe in heavily styled photoshoots. There’s nothing more beautiful than watching a mother and child interact, sharing laughter and joy in simple, everyday activities. I believe that the best way to capture these moments is by letting them happen organically, without forcing a pose or contrived expression.

Carolina and her daughters were the perfect subjects for this approach. We spent the morning exploring the park together, with the girls running ahead and Carolina laughing and playing with them. I snapped away, capturing the love and connection between this beautiful trio.

As the shoot came to an end, I couldn’t help but feel grateful for the opportunity to document such a special moment in Carolina’s and her daughters’ lives. I hope these photos serve as a cherished memory for years to come.
