Say THANK YOU, be grateful and cherish the moments of life..
Begin this week with a THANK YOU. Start every day of this week with saying those words to you. Think about what you are thankful and grateful for. Say everything what comes in your mind. If emotions come up, let them out. Every emotion is important, if a tear or a laughter, they belong to you and make you unique.
Practice this exercise not only with yourself, include your family and friends. Say THANK YOU to a family member, a friend, a team colleague or co-worker, include people you think of. Tell them what you are grateful for and what you appreciate in your relationship with them.
Did you noticed end of the week any differences?
We usually forget in our busy world to be thankful and grateful for what we have. We take things as usual and “normal”. We mostly forget to cherish also the moments of life. We don’t see the small beautiful things that surround us anymore, we forget to be mindful to us, to others and to our world.
That’s why it’s sometimes important to wave with a big “STOP Shield” and to do exactly this: THANK YOU Life, you are awesome!
